v   Rentals -  We have a range of apartments with or without pool for rent.From 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom. All within walking distance to the sea. 

v   Property Checks - These are done for each property when you have a rental or even if you are not here.

v   Housekeeping - With rentals and moving into a new property, obviously comes the cleaning side of things. Whilst you are out with us furnishing your property we can make sure that your property is cleaned from top to bottom. This service also will be used by you if you have opted to rent out your property. Prices vary in accordance with the size of the property , starting from 25gbp for a 2 bed apartment. This includes washing bedding and towels.

v   Furnishing -  We work with a number of professional furniture companies that offer a very wide range of goods for your new Holiday home. If your new property does not already come with white goods then we can arrange these to be fiited and fully guarenteed before your arrival. Photographs can be sent with details of goods that are essentailly needed and if you would like, some of the goods can be purchased before you arrive so you can go straight ưnto your property on arrival.  All tastes and budgets are catered for and everything can be easily found and bought for your new home.  

v   Transfers – we can  meet you at the airport day or night by our representative with a name board and take you to your home. We also offer this service for your rental clients too. Just give us the passenger amount and the flight details and leave the rest to us.

v   Excursions - We can offer very competitive rates on organising a day out for you and the family whilst you are here. Whether its to the Water park for a fun filled day on the slides, a trip around the ancient ruins of Aspendos or an exciting day on the rapids of the White Water Rafting River in the beautiful countryside of Beskonak, all of this and more can be arranged.

v   Special Requests – For those special occasions we can arrange a surprise party in a local bar and a cake too.

v   Welcome packs - If you are arriving on a night flight during the summer or would just like some essentials in your property before you arrive then just let us know what you want and we will get it for you. 

v   Hotel Services - If you would like to just book your flights we can sort out hotel accomidation anything from a basic pension or 5 star.

v   Repairs and Maintenance - If you need an electrician, locksmith , painter or plumber then please do not hesitate to let us know. We have a team ready to sort any job - big or small.

v   Pool and Garden - If you have a villa and need a gardener or pool maintenance company to make sure the pool is ready for your arrival, then please let us know and we can recommend good profesional people that can help you.

v   Health care - We will be able to take you to the Private Hospitals in the area and the clinics that will be first port of call if a doctor is needed. English Speaking doctors that offer a GP service and call out is available if needed.
